Interval Timer is an offline-first application. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal identifiable information (PII) on external servers or cloud services.

• Local Device Storage: All user-created timer presets, interval configurations, session history logs, profile preferences, and sound settings are saved exclusively on your local device using Android SQLite/Room database.
• No Telemetry or Tracking: The application does not incorporate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or user tracking tools.

2. Device Permissions Used

Interval Timer requests minimal system permissions required strictly for core functionality:

• Vibration Control (android.permission.VIBRATE): Used solely to provide haptic feedback when transitioning between work and rest timer intervals.
• Keep Screen On: Used optionally to keep the display active while an interval timer session is actively running.

3. Third-Party Services

Our application does not share, sell, or disclose user data to any third party. No external APIs or server services are called during normal operation of the application.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data resides locally on your device:

• You can clear individual session history records or reset timer presets directly within the app's interface at any time.
• Uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage via Android Settings will permanently remove all stored session logs and settings from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Interval Timer does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is designed for general utility (workouts, cooking, studying) and contains no age-inappropriate content.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy page.
